Exclusive Program: This program is designed exclusively for our loyal referring agents. It's not open to the general public. This offering is designed to one on one with our top referring partners.
Program Details:
Eligibility Requirement: Agents need to complete 15 FULL inspections with us to qualify for the loyalty program. This ensures commitment and familiarity with our services.
Scheduling Convenience: Once eligible, agents can reserve a specific date for one inspection per week. This helps them plan contracts more efficiently, especially over weekends.
Reservation Procedure: Agents must call 24 hours before their reserved inspection time to secure their spot. Failure to do so will result in automatic release of the time slot.
Example Clarification: An example is provided to illustrate the reservation process clearly.
Agent X: reserved spot Wednesday at 1:00PM must provide property information to clientcare@flbigroup.com by Tuesday at noon.
Reward Structure:
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify, agents must refer 20+ full inspection in a calendar year.
Year-End Reward: At the end of the year, agents who qualify receive a certificate equivalent to 2% of the total revenue they generated. This reward can be used for cobranding or team outings.
Headshot Event:
Semi-Annual Events: Semi-annual events will be hosted in various territories, inviting our top agents to attend. These events might include lifestyle shoots, potentially in collaboration with other vendors.
