Pete Nelson and his team at FBI were wonderful! They were super flexible and accommodating to getting a last-minute inspection completed and done well, as well as accommodating some last-minute turnaround. Highly recommend, and will be using again in the future for my clients 🙂

Excellent service, very thorough, highly recommend! I am thoroughly impressed with how well Brian and his associate managed the inspection. Scheduled quickly, communicated effectively and provided a detailed, well written report creating peace of mind during our home buying process. They were very personable and provided time for any questions or concerns I had for the home. Outstanding job!

Travis arrived early and had already completed much of the outdoor inspection (he was aware home was vacant). His inspection was complete and detail oriented. He reviewed the results with me after the inspection on site. The report was available a few hours after the inspection.

Brian Smith did my inspection and I couldn’t believe how detailed and thorough the report was. I HIGHLY recommend the team & will absolutely be referring them to others. 10/10 experience.
